( finns att köpa i asiatiska livsmedelsbutiker ) Dumplingsås: 1dl vatten 1dl soja 1dl socker ( koka upp allting tills sockert löst sig) Gör så här: I en blandbunke, Ha i färsen och alla övriga ingredienser blanda ihop till en smet. Tips: blanda gärna åt samma riktning hela tiden för en bättre färs. Fyll gyozaplattorna med lite mer än en tsk med gyozafyllningen. Blöt kanterna med ett vått finger och vik sedan ihop gyozan till halvmåneformade små knyten. Sätt på spisplattan på hög och stek tillsammans med lite rapsolja gyozan i ca 2min. Ha ett lock/aliminiumfolie/tallrik redo, sänk värmen till medel och häll på ca 1dl vatten, täck sedan med locket. Låt gyozan ångas 3-4min.
